INSPECTION SERVICES FOR INSURANCE MANAGEMENT AND RISK MINIMIZATION
Collateral Management Agreement (CMA) is a guarantee management agreement, between a financing company (Bank, merchant) and credit beneficiary (owner, customer) which designates PETCOM I.I.S. or an independent company to manage guarantees and minimize risks for product purchase financing, which become warranty In the financing contract or raw material acquisition for producing products, which also become warranty in the financing contract. This process offers a greater flexibility and represents a solution for merchants in import/export of petroleum, ore, agricultural etc. products. Guarantee management services consist in products quality and quantity verification, from receiving in warehouses, and maintaining control up to the point where PETCOM I.I.S. is instructed to partially or totally deliver the existent amount of cargo under financing guarantee, in accordance with financing contract.
Product monitoring: product verification in terms of quantity and quality, when receiving or delivering from warehouse.
- We verify with the specific measurements for each product (volumes, weighing, counting etc), all product quantities or lots, received in warehouses or warranty management.
- We verify with the specific measurements for each product (volumes, weighing, counting etc), all deliveries performed in warehouses or warranty management.
- We perform quality verifications for all products quantity or lots received or delivered.
- All the concerned parties are advised;
- Control reports are issued for each performed inspection or cargo lot verified.
Stock monitoring: Periodicals checks of existent stocks. These verifications are performed daily, weekly, monthly, as per financing contract, or every time requested also after each warehouse operation to release or retain products within warranty management.

Product releasing and retaining : based on instructions and approvals received from financier, we carry out product releasing or retaining within the warranty management contract;
- We verify and monitor all product amounts received and retained in warehouses within warranty management contract;
- We verify and monitor all product amounts released from warranty management contract accompanied by a release certificate issued by the financier and signed by all concerned parties.
Inspection in loading ports: Loading verification and supervision on board maritime and fluvial vessels, of released or underway retained products within warranty management contract.
- We verify with the specific measurements for each product (volumes, weighing, counting etc), all product quantities or lots, discharged from maritime or fluvial vessels within warranty management.
- We verify and monitor all product amounts discharged from maritime and fluvial vessels within warranty management contract
- All the concerned parties are advised;
- Control reports are issued for each performed inspection or cargo lot verified.
